1H 2026 | Mid-Year Review

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our investors, partners, and friends for an active and a successful 1H-2026. During 1H-2026, we closed 21 investments. Of the 21 investments, we closed 3 new platform investments, and we were very active in supporting our portfolio companies, closing 18 follow-on / add-on acquisitions across a number of industries, including Appraisal Management, Auto Collision Repair, Controls Equipment, Dental Services, HOA Management, Home Storage, Intelligent Automation, Plumbing Services, Septic Tank Services, and Wrecking & Towing. To continue supporting our growth, we hired a new team member as well. Looking ahead, we are actively seeking new debt and equity investments, including add-on opportunities.
