("DYC" or the "Company"), a well-established 47-year-old, US manufacturer of premium windows and storm doors. Source's SBIC fund provided debt and equity to support the acquisition of DYC by private equity sponsor Lockeland Capital Partners ("LCP").
Founded in 1978, DYC is a leading manufacturer of premium thermal-break aluminum and vinyl windows, storm windows and doors, and aluminum patio doors, distributing its products through five strategically located facilities across Texas and Oklahoma. The Company primarily serves the residential replacement market through a large network of independent installers, with additional exposure to light commercial applications (student housing, healthcare, etc.).
